The Story.
The EPNA website hadn’t been updated in several years and the usability had become cumbersome. The goal of building a new website was to create a better user experience for the residents of the community – the primary audience, and build awareness and interest in neighborhood events with secondary and tertiary audience members.
As a part of the redesign I worked with primary users to conduct website usability tests and adjust content and designs based on the results. The new website was built using Wix and has improved navigation, responsive design and provides community members with a single source of information about the Enderis Park neighborhood.
